Cheikh Tidiane Niass Seck is a highly accomplished Senior Finance professional and Chief Financial Officer with over 17 years of experience across high-compliance industries such as telecommunications, industrial fishing, and tobacco.
He is an expert in financial management, complex tax audit defense, treasury operations, and leading digital transformation through major ERP system implementations. A significant strength is his proven ability to harmonize local accounting standards (SYSCOHADA) with international reporting requirements (IFRS).
Throughout his career, Cheikh has successfully spearheaded multiple large-scale ERP system implementations, including Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud at Expresso Senegal, and most recently, SAGE X3 at GRAND BLEU SA, where he currently serves as CFO. His experience also includes directing fiscal and customs audits, developing standardized financial statements, and establishing robust cost accounting frameworks to support operational analysis and cost optimization.
Cheikh holds a Tax Master's degree and a Higher Diploma in Accounting (DSC), providing a strong academic foundation for his extensive practical experience in finance and taxation.
